TaxLiix is a financial workspace for organizing income, expenses, categories, budgets, goals, reports, and tax-relevant records in one place. It is designed to help users move from scattered tracking to cleaner financial control.

TaxLiix is built for individuals, freelancers, and people who manage both personal and professional finances. The product is especially useful for users who want cleaner records before budgeting, reporting, or tax preparation becomes stressful.

No. TaxLiix supports personal finance first, with additional tools for freelancers and users who need to separate personal and professional financial activity.

Yes. You can use TaxLiix to track income, expenses, budgets, goals, recurring payments, categories, and financial trends without using freelancer-specific features.

Yes. TaxLiix lets you classify accounts and categories for personal or business use where supported. This is workspace organization, not a separate legal accounting ledger.

No. TaxLiix helps organize financial information and prepare better records, but it does not replace an accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, or financial adviser.

No. TaxLiix does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. It can help structure information that may be useful for tax preparation, but final decisions should be reviewed by qualified professionals when needed.

No. The Pro tax workspace organizes tax-relevant records and calculates user-classified deductible estimates within an explicit filing context. It does not calculate a legally final tax liability, file a return, or replace professional review.

Yes. TaxLiix supports audited recurring income and expense schedules, including controlled materialization into transaction history.

Yes. TaxLiix includes category-based monthly budgets and financial goals with manual progress or one exclusive linked account.

Yes. Categories are a core part of TaxLiix. They help transform raw financial movements into useful records for visibility, budgeting, reporting, and preparation.

Yes. Notes help explain context behind financial movements, especially when a transaction needs to be reviewed later or used for reporting or tax preparation.

Bank connections are a roadmap capability and are not currently available. TaxLiix currently uses manual transaction entry and audited recurring schedules.

Manual records create a controlled foundation. They help users understand the structure of their finances before automation or bank connections are introduced.

Yes. TaxLiix Pro currently includes financial reports covering income, expenses, net cash flow, account movement, recurring activity, tax relevance, and user-classified deductible estimates, separated by currency.

Yes. TaxLiix Pro currently provides CSV exports from analytics, reports, and the tax workspace. Automated PDF reporting and external integrations are not currently available.

TaxLiix uses Supabase authentication and user-scoped PostgreSQL policies. Application-level customer-data encryption and the remaining live security verification are not complete, so development is restricted to synthetic financial data and TaxLiix is not yet ready for external customer financial records.

TaxLiix may store account details, financial records added by users, transaction information, categories, budgets, goals, notes, usage data, and technical data needed to operate the service.

Self-service account and data deletion is not implemented. Users can submit a privacy request through the contact page; requests remain subject to identity checks and applicable retention obligations.

TaxLiix does not currently offer a permanent free plan. Essentials and Pro registrations start with a 14-day free trial. Infinity is a sales-led custom implementation tier.

Not yet. Paid checkout, recurring billing, invoices, payment reconciliation, and usage enforcement have not launched. Current Essentials and Pro registration creates trial access; billing will be introduced as a separate launch capability.

TaxLiix may evolve over time. Features, plans, workflows, and integrations may be updated as the product improves and user needs become clearer.
