TaxLiix helps organize financial information, but users remain responsible for the accuracy of their records, account activity, and final decisions.
Paid subscription, cancellation, refund, termination, liability, governing-law, and availability terms still require professional legal review.
Service framework
These terms currently cover lawful use, credential responsibility, and the possibility of service changes. They are not a complete paid-service agreement.
They also clarify that TaxLiix is a software product for financial organization and preparation support. Users should review outputs carefully and consult qualified professionals where decisions have tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial impact.
Users must use TaxLiix responsibly and provide accurate account information.
Users remain responsible for their credentials and activity under their account.
TaxLiix may evolve features, pricing, workflows, integrations, and availability over time.
Commercial and legal launch terms have not yet received final professional review.

Section 01
The operator and controller is Nuno Freitas Faria in Portugal, trading as TaxLiix.
Section 02
The service is free during beta. Features may evolve, contain defects, be unavailable, suspended or discontinued. No prices, subscriptions, renewals, payment cards or future pricing promises apply.
Section 03
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use TaxLiix lawfully. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material or interfere with other users.
Section 04
You retain rights in your data. TaxLiix owns its software, interface, brand, tax-model implementation and documentation. You grant only the rights needed to operate the service. Voluntary feedback may be used to improve TaxLiix without acquiring ownership of your underlying financial data.
Section 05
You may stop using the service. TaxLiix may suspend or terminate access for security, misuse, operational or legal reasons. Data consequences are subject to the Privacy Policy, backups and legal obligations.
Section 06
TaxLiix is not a tax authority, accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, or financial adviser. Estimates depend on user-provided data, modeled rules, and the assumptions shown in the simulator.
Section 07
To the extent permitted by law, beta services are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that mandatory law cannot exclude. Portuguese law governs, without removing mandatory consumer protections or applicable courts in the consumer’s habitual residence.
