Free Beta Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the TaxLiix FREE BETA. Version 1.0; effective 2026-08-27.

Last updated: August 2026

Interim terms

The current document covers lawful use, account responsibility, and service changes only.

Built around user responsibility

TaxLiix helps organize financial information, but users remain responsible for the accuracy of their records, account activity, and final decisions.

Not launch-complete

Paid subscription, cancellation, refund, termination, liability, governing-law, and availability terms still require professional legal review.

Service framework

Interim rules for development and trial access.

These terms currently cover lawful use, credential responsibility, and the possibility of service changes. They are not a complete paid-service agreement.

They also clarify that TaxLiix is a software product for financial organization and preparation support. Users should review outputs carefully and consult qualified professionals where decisions have tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial impact.

Lawful use

Users must use TaxLiix responsibly and provide accurate account information.

Account responsibility

Users remain responsible for their credentials and activity under their account.

Product changes

TaxLiix may evolve features, pricing, workflows, integrations, and availability over time.

Launch terms pending

Commercial and legal launch terms have not yet received final professional review.

Operating baseline

Read the current scope clearly.

Paid billing is not launched. Complete commercial terms must be added and professionally reviewed before paid release.
